DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery is only possible after payment to the bank account number BE47 4460 0720 1180 of Vandekerckhove's Coffee Roastery.

Orders are shipped daily via DPD or by bicycle with Cargo Velo.

Orders can also, by arrangement, be picked up in person at the store during opening hours.

The estimated delivery time within Belgium is two to four working days, and two to seven working days within Europe.

Within Belgium, the cost per shipment is €7.50; shipments over €75 are free for private customers.

For professional customers, shipping is free for orders over €150 excluding VAT.

Outside Belgium, shipping costs €15.

Products can only be returned with prior approval from Vandekerckhove's Coffee Roastery. This can be done by sending an email to hallo@vandekerckhove1854.be, including your invoice. Goods can be returned within 14 working days of the official delivery date.

You can return the goods in their original and undamaged condition and packaging for free to our store, or send them back to Vandekerckhove's Coffee Roastery, Brabantdam 55, 9000 Ghent (Belgium), at your own expense. Please include the original invoice in the package. We recommend using registered shipping.

After receiving the product in its original condition and packaging, your money will be refunded within 3 working days.

You can also choose a store credit. In that case, the amount of your purchase will be increased once by €5. You will then receive a store credit in the form of a discount code, which you can use for your next order. This offer cannot be combined. Only one €5 bonus will be applied to the store credit.
